It was a very easy experience. Has that been your experience thus far? I worked with a buyer who relocating from CO to McKinney, TX who had a house to sell. We worked through our preferred lender, Katie Sparkman, and she even figured out a way since they had a guaranteed buy out to let them buy their new home and get in in time for the new school season (winter break) without having had to sell their existing home yet.
